The Money Edge Response to COVID-19

We are sure that you are receiving many email updates from companies on how they are adapting their operations to deal with, and prepare for, the impact of COVID-19.  The Money Edge is also actively responding to these risks so that we can both protect and support our team as well as continue business as usual for you.

We want to reassure you that we are confident we can cover key business activities and support you while at the same time protecting the health of our team.  We are prepared.  We have the technology and capability to work remotely.  We have business continuity planning in place to ensure your needs are addressed, and our service can continue.

We are here to Help you
First, we would like to make it clear that we are here to help you throughout this difficult time.  We will continue to provide regular updates on relevant information.  If you are unsure about something, please don’t hesitate to call or email.

Client Appointments
We are introducing social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19.  We have a responsibility to our team, clients, and the broader community to minimise our exposure.

Due to the technology that we have in place, we will have several of our team working from home where possible. From now on, we will be conducting client appointments via Microsoft Teams.  A team member will send meeting links before your scheduled meeting.

Any paperwork that needs to be signed can be processed electronically.  This is a process that we have already implemented in our organisation.  If you need to supply us with any of your information, please do so where possible via email or our client portal.

We assure you that we have security measures in place to protect your data and guarantee confidentiality. COVID-19 is a good reminder to be mindful of your own security steps and to be aware of the various ways that unscrupulous people will attempt to use this situation to their own benefit.

Going forward
As with any rapidly changing situation, today’s plans can quickly become outdated. As an innovative business, our service delivery will not be compromised if the Government introduces further lockdown protocol. 

We will continue to assess how we can best manage your needs as the situation develops and update you as appropriate.   

For the time being, while we will not physically see you and shake your hand, thanks to technology, we are always here to help and support you.
